Return & Exchange Policy at Wragth Motorsports
At Wragth Motorsports, we stand behind the quality of our products and want to ensure customer satisfaction. If you receive a defective item, you may request a return within 30 days of receipt. Please note that returns due to change of mind or no longer wanting the item are not covered by our policy.
To initiate a return, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. All returns must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You'll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase and photos of any discrepancies. The buyer is responsible for shipping the item back to us, and the warranty claim will not be approved without the physical item. If the claim is approved, we will send a replacement item. If not, it is the buyer's responsibility to find a solution.
Unfortunately, certain items are non-returnable, such as perishable goods, fabricated products, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also not eligible for returns.
Exchanges can be made by returning the item and making a separate purchase for the new item. Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, and if approved, will be issued to the original payment method plus shipping. Please note that it may take time for the refund to be processed by your bank or credit card company.
